Schedule
Saturday 8/23 12-5 pm:
The focus was a step by step instruction of the Poomsae foundational stances, kicks, and hand techniques.
Sunday 8/24 10 am-3 pm:
The focus shifted to instruction in developing strong performances via rhythm, speed, power, and expression of energy.
Camp Instructor
Regional Head Coach Angelito Ong worked his way up from USATKD grassroots level to becoming a member of the USATKD National Poomsae Team and 2024 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship gold medalist.
