After Hours Training
Stay after class for up to an extra 30 minutes. Master Christen will provide personalized training to the students in attendance. You can also use this time for individual practice. We’ll set aside some work-space for you to work on your forms, kicking techniques, cardio, weapons, etc. Use the booking system to confirm a spot in this class.
Taekwondo + Karate Class
A fun class typically held on Fridays. Instructed by two instructors, one Karate and one Taekwondo teacher. You get to learn both martial arts in one class.
Jiu-Jitsu
We incorperate judo, Jiu-Jitsu, and grapeling lessons into the lesson plan. We periodically host a full class in No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu.
All Ages, All Belt Level
Traditional 1 hour Taekwondo class. Each week we have a focus: forms, self-defenses, sparing, kicking, testing prep, and so on.
Advanced Class
Curriculum designed for advanced students working towards their high-color and black belts.
